Back to school is just around the corner.
In just over two weeks, Davis School District students will be heading back to school. To gear up for an exciting new school year, over 450 school administrators gathered at Syracuse High School for the district’s summer leadership conference.
At the conference, school leaders attended general and breakout sessions focusing on professional learning and self-care, and the positive ripple effects these can have on our school communities.
“We’re only as good as our health, and if we’re not taking care of ourselves, we’re not going to be able to take care of the kids,” Superintendent Dr. Dan Linford said.
This year’s theme is “Every1,” emphasizing the incredible impact that one person can have on individual staff members and students.
