Congratulations to the outstanding winners of the 2024 Martin Luther King Jr. Speech Contest! Celebrating its 20th anniversary, this annual event brings together K-12 students from across the District to honor Dr. King's legacy by delivering powerful, 1–3-minute excerpts from his speeches.
This year’s participants demonstrated remarkable poise and passion showcasing the inclusivity and diversity that Dr. King championed. We are inspired by each student’s dedication to keeping Dr. King’s vision alive and look forward to seeing the incredible impact they will continue to make in their communities.
