This is NOT a Registration for ESL/ELL classes or 10th, 11th, or 12th grade students. This is a registration for Adult Learners, or those whose high school class graduated in 2025 or earlier.

RETURNING STUDENTS: If you're not sure whether your registration fee is current, please call 801-402-0720 before registering for a testing date. If your registration fee is up to date, we'll provide you with a code so you won't be charged again when you register.

How to Register

1. Attend Orientation: NEW students, you must attend an orientation before registering. View upcoming orientation dates here.

2. Complete the Online Intake Form: New and Returning students, go to this website, select Davis Adult Education, and complete the Adult Education Intake Form. This registers you into the Utah State Adult Ed. system.

3. Choose a Testing Date & Pay the Enrollment Fee: Select a testing date and pay the annual enrollment fee.

  • The enrollment fee is $96 per calendar year.

  • Payment must be made online with a debit or credit card.

  • We do not accept payments on the day of testing.

  • DWS or Vocational Rehab Students: If you're working with the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) or Vocational Rehabilitation (Voc Rehab), do not register or pay the enrollment fee until you have spoken with your counselor. Your counselor will provide a coupon code to waive the fee.

4. Complete and Submit Your Paperwork
To save time on testing day, complete the required paperwork and email it to canyonheightsoffice@dsdmail.net before your appointment.

Please include:

  • Your high school transcript(s)

  • Proof of Utah residency

5. Read the Grievance Policy

6. Review the Class Schedule
Take a few minutes to review this year's class schedule before your testing appointment.

7. Social Media Photo Opt-Out (Optional)
We enjoy celebrating student success by sharing photos of our students and classes. If you do not want your photo used, complete the Social Media Opt-Out form and email it to canyonheightsoffice@dsdmail.net.
