CHS leaders at the MAC Kick-Off Conference at Weber State!
Please stop by Young Buick GMC in Layton beginning Tuesday (9/10) to pick up a free CHS shirt. Take your significant other, your kids, or your neighbor with you as you do not need to be a CHS teacher or student to get a shirt. For each shirt we pick up, Young will donate $10.00 (up to $7,500.00) to CHS. Further, any student who wears their shirt to the Homecoming game next Friday will be entered into a drawing to win a Nintendo Switch, Apple Watch, or $250.00 cash. Young Automotive Group has always been a great supporter of CHS, and we want to keep that relationship strong, so please stop by and grab a shirt.

As a Purple Star School, all CHS families are invited to enjoy a fun back-to-school event at the HAFB Museum tomorrow night! This is a great chance also to show up for all of our CHS Military families. We appreciate their service and sacrifice!

This Thursday, seniors will have an opportunity to meet with Jostens in the commons during intervention. They can purchase a senior tassel, learn about senior products, packages, accessories and more!

Students that did not have their picture taken, need to do so on Thursday, August 22. We will call students down alphabetically, however if a student is only at school for specific class periods, make sure they go down while they are here.

Construction on the site for our new CTE building . This project is in progress and occupying what was lots 3 & 4 on the north of our campus and will impact parking all year. We are grateful for the partnership with Clearfield City, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on solutions which are outlined in the diagram below. We encourage students and patrons to plan ahead and be patient. We appreciate your understanding.
Welcome back, Falcons! First day of school is today, here is the bell schedule. We will be on assembly schedule Friday, August 16.
On Wednesday 8/14, Donors Choose is doing a campaign where a donor will match 50% of all donations. So if someone donates $10, the company will donate $5 to us. We have a link to help donate supplies for our teachers and another one to donate for our new Positive Behavior Rewards store. Thank you for your support!
Back to School Night tonight, August 13 from 5:00-6:00. Come explore the school and meet your teachers. Teachers will be in their classrooms. Afterward, there is a Community Celebration night at Fisher Park. This is a multi-school celebration with free food and fun! See you all tonight!
