Process
The Office of Equal Opportunity investigates all allegations of discrimination, harassment, and related misconduct according to the procedures outlined in Policy 11IR-100. As such, you can expect the following after filing a complaint.
An investigator will be assigned to your complaint.
That investigator will work along side supervisors to ensure the investigation procedures take place.
You will receive a notification of findings after the complaint is investigated.
