Refunds

If you move out of the district, have a student that graduates, or need a refund for any other reason please contact the Nutrition Services office at (801)402-7675 or email Becky.  Please provide a current mailing address, a student name, school, and/or id # are needed for refunds. A check will be mailed out to you. Cash refunds are not available.

Charging Policy

Davis School District Nutrition Services runs the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.  According to the USDA these meal programs are “available to all”. This means that any child attending a school that runs these programs has access to breakfast and lunch.  A student in line will not be refused a meal.  Their account will be charged according to their benefit eligibility status and the parent/guardian is responsible for paying that charge.  If you find yourself in a situation where you do not wish your student to be allowed to eat meals at school, please note that if they are in line, we are required to feed them.  If you have concerns about this, please contact Nutrition Services at 801-402-7640.
