One of our new educators enjoying all of the applause as he walks through a wall of student body officers and cheerleaders to the New Educator Orientation.

On August 6 and 7, Farmington High School buzzed with excitement as the New Educator Orientation kicked off!

School Board President Liz Mumford emphasized the importance of community, stating, "We are creating a support network" for our newest teaching talents. This dedication to collaboration and growth was echoed by Allison Riddle, who reminded the attendees, "You have a greater effect on your students than anything else."

New educators dove into breakout sessions where they connected with fellow teachers and explored Davis School District's extensive resources. Halls were lined with valuable information, ensuring that no question would go unanswered.

Here's to a fantastic start to the school year and a warm welcome to all our new teachers.
