CAREER AND TECHNICAL STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
Teacher Responsibilities
Davis School District high schools should have fully functioning CTSOs.
Chapters should have functioning presidencies.
Advisors will receive a stipend, based on the district CTSO Stipend Agreement.
Advisors must ensure they have a current Chapter affiliation.
Advisors should collect a signed CTSO disclosure from each student member.
Disclosure must include a description of how fees will be used (spend plan).
Advisors must register each student as a state and national member and pay dues by the specified deadline.
Chapters should celebrate their respective CTSO week and participate in CTE month activities.
Advisors and members will attend at least the state sponsored conferences and competitions (fall leadership, region competitions, and state conference).
National Policy and DSD Extended Travel Policy must be followed by advisors and students.
